At New England Cheesemaking Supply Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home cheesemaking journey. If you are not happy with your non-perishable hardware or supplies, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and do not include perishable cultures, enzymes, or rennet, which cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Securely
Safely pack your items and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
